How this service is used
|
Access to powerful diagnostic tools on your Support Tools CD is password-protected. Passwords allow access by customers to diagnostic tools for HP's proprietary PA-RISC hardware. Diagnostic tools are used by customers primarily to facilitate the delivery of hardware support by HP service personnel. Diagnostic tools are used by customers to improve HP's responsiveness to hardware problems when they occur.

Access to this service requires a hardware support agreement or hardware carepack. A warranty does not entitle customers to passwords.
